At Eat&Vibe ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users and take the safety of children very seriously. This Child Safety Standards Policy explains our approach to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform, in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all users of the Eat&Vibe mobile application ("App") and website. All users must adhere to this policy regardless of their location or age.
3. Child Safety Standards and Commitments
3.1 Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform. CSAM refers to any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
3.2 Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
- Sextortion of a child
- Trafficking of a child for sex
- Sharing suggestive or inappropriate images of minors
- Any other form of sexual exploitation of a child
3.3 Age Requirements
To use our App, users must be at least 16 years of age as stated in our Terms and Conditions. We implement age verification measures during the account creation process to help ensure compliance with this requirement.
4. Reporting Mechanisms
4.1 In-App Reporting
We provide an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report any content or behavior that may violate this policy. To report a violation:
- Navigate to the content or user profile in question
- Select the "Report" option
- Choose "Child Safety Concern" from the list of report reasons
- Provide additional details as prompted
- Submit your report
All reports are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed by our moderation team.

5. Our Response Process
5.1 Review and Investigation
All reports related to child safety are thoroughly reviewed and investigated by our dedicated safety team. We aim to respond to all child safety reports within 24 hours.
5.2 Content Removal
When we identify or are notified of CSAM or CSAE content on our platform, we will:
- Immediately remove the content
- Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable laws
- Report to relevant authorities as required by law
- Take appropriate action against the responsible user(s)
5.3 Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of CSAM and CSAE cases. This includes providing relevant information in response to valid legal requests.
6. Preventative Measures
6.1 Content Monitoring
We employ both automated systems and human moderation to detect and prevent the sharing of CSAM and CSAE content on our platform.
6.2 User Education
We provide resources and information to help users understand child safety risks and how to report concerns.
6.3 Regular Policy Review
We regularly review and update our child safety policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
7. Account Actions
Users who violate this policy may be subject to actions including but not limited to:
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
8. Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to child safety, including:
- Mandatory reporting laws
- Data retention requirements for legal investigations
- Cooperation with law enforcement agencies
